The Camp Creek area has witnessed a boom in real estate development activity over the past few years. this boom in Atlanta Homes in Camp Creek really started increasing after completion of the Camp Creek Market Place. The area is a magnet for many middle class people moving into the Atlanta area. New Home prices there range from the high $100’s to multi-million dollar homes. This is a nice suburb with easy access to Downtown Atlanta and the airport. There are many good schools in the area including some of the top private schools in the Metro Atlanta Area.
